I use Word Track Changes to edit. If you are unfamiliar with tracker, their are instructions under the help tab of Microsoft Word.
My editing is consistant with The Chicago Manual of Style and Strunk and White's The Element of Style.
Word count is based on the industry standard of 12 point font, Times New Roman, 250 words per page, double spaced.
